Field Trip: Spring Cleaning @ Murdock Park • 1808 E Murdock, Wichita, KS 67214
Join us for a refreshing day of making friends, and enjoying the great outdoors while we beautify the park, clear away litter, and create a cleaner, greener space for everyone.
What to bring: cut-resistant gloves and trash grabbers if you have them. We’ll have a few pairs of gloves, trash bags, and water available. Warm layers, hats, sunscreen, and sunglasses are also a good idea!
Where to meet: check-in at the park shelter to sign waivers, pick-up supplies, and find a group to partner with.
An outdoor event in March…in Kansas? If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll head to lunch early and then reschedule the park cleanup for another day.
No childcare or extension room today, but kids are welcome to help clean up or play at the park!

Join us for hor d'oeuvres & board games as we bid farewell to Thomas before he leaves on his next adventure.
Attendees are encouraged to bring playfully offensive (but still delicious) “French” inspired American snacks, and your favorite board game, puzzle, or craft from home.
Wichita Oasis is a non-religious community that meets weekly on Sunday mornings to connect, be inspired, and feel empowered.
Our Activities
Oasis is a very warm and welcoming place for everyone. Most everyone there is willing to have the difficult conversations. They are a fun-loving group and they are always up for making new friends. 10/10 would recommend.
This is a great group of people looking to make a difference in the world. I've made several friends here and honestly am proud to be part of the group.
The folks here are open minded and pleasant to visit with. Weekly discussions on topical issues. This is a community of people who welcome everyone.
