Join us to experience improv, an exercise in being present in the moment. Flying Pig Improv founder Jessie Gray will help folks take risks, explore their genius, and literally celebrate “mistakes”.
The intended audience is 16+. Children ages 1+ are welcome to play in our supervised Kid's Room during the event.

About Jessie. Jessie’s passion for the spontaneous and unscripted world of improv began during intensive study in California where she began to perform, and then to teach classes, and then to direct and coach improv troupes. In addition to improv, Jessie has more than 40 years of stage experience from coast-to-coast as an actor, director, producer and choreographer. In 2019 she opened Flying Pig Improv to share her broad experience and deep knowledge with her hometown of Wichita, Kansas.
Wichita Oasis is a non-religious community for people to come together to connect, be inspired, and feel empowered. We meet weekly on Sunday mornings and programming may include featured speakers, live local musicians, potlucks, service projects, game days, and more. The program starts at 11:00 AM, and people are encouraged to come half an hour earlier for coffee, snacks, and conversation.
Kid's Room. Two experienced and vetted adults are ready to help make your child’s experience at Wichita Oasis as fun and engaging as the main program.
