Celebrate the changing of the seasons with poetry, community, and reflection. Everyone is welcome to bring a poem to share—whether it’s one you’ve written yourself or a favorite that’s meaningful to you.
Not sure what to bring? Since we’ll be meeting near the fall equinox, you might choose a poem about balance, change, letting go, or new beginnings—but truly, any poem that resonates with you is perfect.
This is a warm, open space for listening, sharing, and connecting—no pressure, no judgment, just the joy of words passed between friends old and new.
Wichita Oasis is a non-religious community for people to come together to connect, be inspired, and feel empowered. We meet weekly on Sunday mornings and programming may include featured speakers, live local musicians, potlucks, service projects, game days, and more. The program starts at 11:00 AM, and people are encouraged to come half an hour earlier for coffee, snacks, and conversation.
Kid's Room. Two experienced and vetted adults are ready to help make your child’s experience at Wichita Oasis as fun and engaging as the main program.
