Our notion of leadership—and who can lead—is outdated. To make progress on issues that matter to us and the communities to which we belong, all of us can and must lead. Jason Bosch will help us explore a new way to think about leadership and strategies for leading regardless of your role or position in a team, organization, or community. Jason holds certifications in leadership coaching and advanced leadership development from the Kansas Leadership Center, and his dissertation research focused on the use of adaptive leadership as a framework for helping organizations to tackle their most pressing challenges.

Wichita Oasis is a secular community that meets weekly on Sunday mornings to enjoy fascinating talks, live music, and conversation. The program starts at 11:00 AM, and people are encouraged to come half an hour earlier for coffee, snacks, and conversation. If it's your first time visiting, make sure to stop by our welcome table in the back of the room to say hello and learn more about Oasis. Parents can drop off their young ones with our team in the kids room, where they will meet new friends and enjoy fun activities together. 

Please note that masks will be required inside the building regardless of vaccination status.
